Pricing Scale

Intentionally designed to benefit both BIPOC and white people, How To Ally is a one-of-a-kind community learning experience to help you make sure your intent matches your impact.

  • This tier is designed with Lower-income BIPOC & Lower-Income Trans folks in mind.

These folks are low-income or precariously employed; No savings and/or financial support from others; Little to no expendable income each month; Accessing self-care is a barrier.

(Scaled pricing model from our friends at Camp Reset!)

  • For white people and BIPOC who need to consult their budget first.

Mid-income with stable employment/source of income; Some money in savings and/or financial support from others; Has expendable income each month; Can access self-care.

(Scaled pricing model from our friends at Camp Reset!)

  • For white people and BIPOC who are experiencing financial stability.

Mid-to-high-income with stable employment; Savings account and financial safety net; Can afford to take vacations and make other large purchases with relative ease; Can access self-care with relative ease.

(Scaled pricing model from our friends at Camp Reset!)

  • We’re happy to create a payment plan for those you need to space out their ticket.

Match Your

Impact

Our How To Ally is a seven-week virtual program with a unique perspective as it combines community, joy, healing and mindfulness with dismantling systems of oppression and unlearning societal models (norms!) so that we can be the change we wish to see in the world. It's hard work, but it's designed to leave you feeling fulfilled.

Like everything we do, our program is grounded in community. It will feature community trust sessions weekly, where you’ll see the same small group of people that, with the help of a facilitator, will support you in your unlearning. BIPOC participants will have the opportunity to opt into BIPOC-only community trust groups.

In a post-2020 world, there is a long overdue need for active, immediate and ongoing allyship.

You can try to do this work alone, but without an instruction manual to understand the specifics, it can be a really daunting experience that leaves you feeling confused, overwhelmed and anxious…

But what if allyship and unlearning didn’t have to happen in a corporate setting?

What if it didn’t need to be an isolating and overwhelming personal journey?

What if instead bringing up feelings of shame and discomfort, this learning journey it left you feeling good?

“Compared to other DEI trainings/workshops I have completed, How To Ally was…”

  • “Accessible, practical, relevant, extremely organized.”

  • “better, it wasn't like other "corporate" style training/workshops that I had been too. Previous workshops I had been to were organized by my employers and they didn't feel like safer spaces or spaces to be vulnerable & learn, whereas How To Ally did feel like a space I could be open and vulnerable in”

  • “How To Ally was also more interactive than previous trainings I have been to”

  • “Honest”

  • “Impactful. Much more reflective and practical.”

  • “The most thorough, inviting, and exciting. In particular, it wasn't just a program showing where White Supremacy Culture exists in me, it also is a program that gives me hope and tools to address it.”

  • “This experience has been life-changing and has helped me to see things in a more humanizing way.”

  • “Transformative”

What will you walk away with?

After participating in H2A, you will be able to:

  • Learn how to understand and manage your emotions in order to effectively and confidently respond to hate and division in your daily life

  • Identify the characteristics of White Supremacy Culture that are alive in ourselves, others, and systems & understand how they function as barriers to active allyship.

  • Enhance your digital literacy skills to combat anti-rights disinformation campaigns.

  • Leave equipped with a toolkit of frameworks, readings, and exercises to navigate sticky conversations with friends, family, and colleagues.

  • Find community so that you aren't alone in championing social good, both in your cohort and in our alumni programming.

  • Access to our Alumni Community & Programming

  • Cultivate a “third space” support group outside work, friends, & family where you can access a safer and braver space to problem solve and practice.

  • Have the tools to lean into meaningful allyship and champion the change you wish to see in the world

H2A’s Unique Design Includes

  • Community Learning Sessions are best experienced live - though we do have asynchronous learning material available. Our Learning Sessions are Interactive AF - trust us it doesn’t feel like a course or training (because it wasn’t designed to be one).

    • Best experienced live, but our learning sessions will have asynchronous learning materials for people who are unable to make the sessions

    • Live sessions are 2 hours long, from 4-6 pm ET, on October 17 and 31, November 14 and 29

  • Community Trusts Groups: Participants will be divided into groups of 15-20 people, and this same group of people will meet every other week with a facilitator to help integrate learnings from our Community Learning Sessions

    • Community Trust Groups are 1.5 Hours; participants will select which time works best from either 5-6:30 pm ET groups, or 2-3:30 pm ET groups on Tuesdays.

    • BIPOC participants can opt into BIPOC-only community trust groups.

    • Sessions on October 24, November 7 & 21

    • Trusts can only be experienced LIVE, so we recommend being able to attend all the trusts to get the full H2A experience.

  • Guest speakers: Fishbowl Friday sessions to bring other experts into the mix, with an exclusive “Aftershow” for our H2A cohort and alumni to debrief and integrate.

    • This Fall cohort will have access to special community programming via award-winning experts!

    • October 20: To Be Announced

    • November 3: Survival Patterns with Groundwork

    • November 17: To Be Announced

  • Office Hours: Access to additional time with your learning facilitators to ask questions.
