We are looking for facilitators to scale up our How To Ally program
We are looking for facilitators to join us as we grow our community programs. Please learn more about our How to Ally program here and familiarize yourself with the program's learning outcomes before you apply.
Requirements:
We are looking for facilitators who have experience hosting conversations about power, privilege, and identity with groups of intergenerational participants who are on different parts of their learning journey.
We will start facilitators on contracts of 15-30 hours, which include training and practice time before you engage with participants.
To support facilitators, we will offer two paid training opportunities with our leadership team and learning advisor, Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, CEO of KDPM Consulting Group. Facilitators will also have access to a chat-group with each other and access to bi-weekly debrief sessions to prepare and unpack how the content is landing with participants.
We aim to scale this program to 300 participants in 2024 and bring on a team of four to six facilitators to support this work.
